This Privacy Policy explains how memora.directory ("Memora", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, web app, and browser extension.
Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide when creating an account.
Content You Save: Bookmarks, notes, URLs, tags, boards/folders, and related metadata (including preview/screenshot metadata where applicable).
Extension Data: When you use the extension, we may process the current page URL/title and selected text or media that you explicitly choose to save.
Usage & Technical Data: Device/browser type, app events, logs, and diagnostics used to keep the product secure and reliable.
Payment Data: Paid plan checkout is processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect billing details, payment method details, tax/location information, and transaction records. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Memora Pro is offered as a paid subscription (currently listed at USD $49/year on our pricing page). Payments are handled by Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle processes payment and billing information according to Paddle's privacy terms.
We use cookies and similar storage mechanisms to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve site functionality. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if disabled.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when needed to operate the service, including:
Memora may allow you to share saved content (for example bookmarks, notes, or boards) using a share link or other sharing controls provided in the app. Shared content can be accessed by anyone who has the link or receives access from you.
We retain account and saved content data while your account is active, and for a limited period where needed for legal, security, or backup purposes. You can delete bookmarks or delete your account from Settings, which removes associated user data from active systems (subject to normal backup retention windows).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Memora is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Memora after updates means you accept the revised policy.
